Our "Ideal Customer" falls into several categories:
- This customer is especially creative and wants to test out some techniques or ideas. They want to draw on
our experience so they get what they want the first time.
- This customer is new to printing and wants to learn about the craft. They genuinely want to know how to better
prepare their project to take into account cost reducing size changes or to decrease production time.
- This customer works in a department where they used to have many production specialists but now have only
a few handling more work than ever.
- This customer is experienced with printing and knows we will print the project just the way they would do it.
Simply stated, we look for customers who know and appreciate good work!
